Q : What's the source of data?
Using the web technology, AllCost provides members with cost and bid information from government agencies and commercial cost data providers. Furthermore, members have the capability to search, find and download the data to a formatted Microsoft Excel file to create estimates.

Q : What costs does the database consider?
All items exclude subcontractor markups. All items exclude general contractor markups. All items exclude taxes on labor, equipment and materials. All items include freight cost, generally in the material portion.

Q : How do the location adjustments work?
All our databases contain the costs for the National average. As you are building your estimate you can select a location and the costs will be adjusted to that location.

Q : Is there an escalation factor applied?
You can apply escalation as a markup as you build the estimate or you apply it after you download your estimate to Microsoft Excel.
